We wanted to see how our cables compared to the competition so we simulated tough conditions and tested both cable types. We did accelerated, aggressive wear tests, simulated on-bike conditions for cable routing and even injected water, mud and road "dirt" to simulate real riding conditions.
The result: GORE™ RideOn® Cable Systems demonstrated significantly lower friction than competitive cables for the duration of the test.
